Poland-Potato casserole


YUMMY!!!


2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
30 dag minced meat
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon mustard
1/5 tablespoon tomato paste
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon marjoram
1 tablespoon rosemary


Peel, chop and gently fry onions. Add minced meat. Add mustard, tomato paste, mashed garlic. Season.


2 leeks

Slice cleaned leeks. Stew in 4 tablespoons of water (approx.  5 minutes)

80 dag potatoes

Peel and cook potatoes (do not dice and remember not to overcook )
Slice when cold.
3 tomatoes

Chop peeled tomatoes.
15 dag cheese

Grate cheese.

                         Put all the layers in a casserole dish. Salt each layer:
