Ingredients:
1.5 cups flour2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
sugar
salt
1.5 tablespoons oil
lingonberry jam
Directions:
In a bowl mix the eggs. Add oil, flour, sugar, a pinch of salt and mix everything.Stirring constantly, add the milk and water until pancake dough are without lumps. It is important to pour the liquid slowly and gradually.
Pour the oil in a pan and heated. With a cup pour batter into pan. When the pancake from the one side is golden then inverts it to the other side. Pancakes should be thin.
