INGREDIENTS:
500 gr white asparagus 100 gr smoked salmon
250 gr surimi 100 gr lettuce
500 gr tuna 1 boiled egg
350 gr white bread slides
mayonnaise
PREPARATION:
1.
We place the thin
white bread slides in a tray.
2.
We triturate the
asparagus, surimi, tuna and mayonnaise all together and we place the mix over
the white bread slides.
3.
We put another layer
of white bread slides.
4.
We place mayonnaise
over this layer.
5.
Finally, we can
decorate it with smoked salmon, lettuce, boiled egg slides, etc. Enjoy it!
