Ingredients:

glasses black olives, rinsed, stoned and chopped

fresh onions, coarsely grated
Dried
or fresh mint (little)
Fresh
coriander (little)

glasses village flour

baking yeast
1
glass orange juice

glasses water
1
glass olive oil
½
teaspoon cooking salt
Procedure:
Mix the flour with the baking yeast and salt.
Add the olive oil and continue mixing to make dough. Add the orange juice and the water and keep
mixing. Add the rest ingredients, coriander, mint, onion and black olives. Mix and mash well all ingredients until you feel that the
mixture is well “bonded’’. Put the mixture in a round pan. Put the pan in a
preheated oven of 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
