Poland- Zucchini chocolate cake



Ingredients:


-  1,5 mug millet flour

-  6 tablespoons cane sugar or birch sugar

-  4 teaspoons cocoa

-  1 teaspoon baking soda

 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

-  pinch of salt

-  7 tablespoons ground flax seed

- 7 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

- 1/2 glass cooking oil

- 1 glass water

- 2 eggs

- 1,5 mug grated zucchini


Directions:

Prepare two bowls. Stir dry ingredients in the first one. Stir eggs, cooking oil, water and grated zucchini in the second bowl. Mix all the ingredients and stir them carefully. Preheat your oven to 200°C. Bake for about 40 min.
